Olmetime-AM 20 Tablet should be used along with proper diet, salt restriction and regular exercise for best results. It should be taken regularly at a fixed time every day. This medicine should not be stopped abruptly as it may result in sudden increase of blood pressure. Some people may experience mild dizziness initially while taking this medicine, but this improves with time. Swelling of the ankle may occur in some patients as a side effect.
