INTRODUCTION

Triolmesar CH 40 Tablet is a medicine used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure).

Triolmesar CH 40 Tablet is a combination of medicines that helps to control blood pressure when a single medication is not effective. It also help to reduce chances of future heart attack and stroke. Triolmesar CH 40 Tablet should be used along with a proper diet, salt restriction and regular exercise for best results. It should be taken in the morning with food to avoid frequent urination at night. This medicine may cause dehydration, so it is better to take plenty of fluids. Inform doctor if you develop extreme thirst or muscle weakness. Some patients may develop swelling of ankle as a side effect of using this medicine. It may also produce dizziness initially, but this improves with time.

HOW TO USE TRIOLMESAR CH TABLET

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Triolmesar CH 40 Tablet is to be taken with food.

HOW TRIOLMESAR CH TABLET WORKS

Triolmesar CH 40 Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Olmesartan Medoxomil, Amlodipine and Chlorthalidone. Olmesartan Medoxomil is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic which removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body through urine. Over time it also works by relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow.

warnings Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Triolmesar CH 40 Tablet Taking Chlorthalidone with alcohol may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.
warnings Pregnancy
Triolmesar CH 40 Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.
warnings Lactation
Triolmesar CH 40 Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.

Triolmesar CH 40 Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.
Triolmesar CH 40 Tablet may cause side effects such as dizziness, headaches, nausea or tiredness, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive.

Triolmesar CH 40 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Triolmesar CH 40 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Triolmesar CH 40 Tablet is not recommended in these patients.
