Water is the elixir of life with no substitute. We all are aware how nourishing it is to drink at least 2-3 liters of water per day. To increase the intake of the nourishing potion and make it a tasty experience add mint leaves, lemon and a pinch of salt in it. It will help to detox and also maintain electrolyte balance. Also, a slice of cucumber, apple and other fruits can be added to add flavor in it. Make sure you make it a habit to drink water regularly.
